Being avid movers, shakers and wigglers at Vedic Yoga we look to care for, connect with and nourish the sacredness of the physical form through the lens of an integrated asana practice. Asana that addresses the obvious pain and discomfort that so many of us have grown accustomed to and also the subtler energy that flows through the body. Yoga has eight limbs and you best believe that there will come a time when your physical body requires an upgrade to meet the ever evolving needs of your consciousness state. Commune with this wondrous vessel, witness it’s beautiful teachings, listen intently to what is being communicated and then integrate what is relevant.

HERE YOGA
Wednesday: 6am, 7.15am Dynamic Flow & 9am Slow Flow
